Terms and Conditions QUOTES: Quotes are valid 30 days. If a purchase order deviates from the quote, Plastic Print Solutions reserves the right to review and modify the quote. This includes but is not limited to size, quantity, copies and artwork.
SET-UPS: Set-ups are included in the quote. Copy changes / multiple version changes are included in the quote.
OTHER COSTS: Shipping costs, packaging and any applicable sales taxes (only from billing in MN) are in addition to quoted prices unless specifically stated in the quote. If you are exempt from sales tax then a current Minnesota Certificate of Exemption (form ST3) must be on file with the billing department of Plastic Print Solutions.
CHANGE ORDERS: Any changes or change orders must be in writing and are subject to Plastic Print Solutions approval and additional charges.
CANCELLATIONS: All cancellations are subject to charges from labor and material for work completed to the date of cancellation.
ART/PROOFING: If submitted art requires modification, or if you request design services including creation and modification, or multiple revisions to a proof, additional charges may apply. Any electronically (internet) submitted approval or signed proof is required before any work begins. Due dates are determined by the date that proof approval is received by Plastic Print Solutions.
COLORS: The computer generated proof is a good representation of how the color will appear on the final printed product. However, it is not an exact match. Color(s) designed and submitted will be matched as closely as possible. Certain ink colors can vary after some production process(es). Therefore, exact Pantone PMS® color matches cannot be guaranteed.
VARIABLE DATA/ENCODING: Plastic Print Solutions will not be responsible for creating data files or supplied incorrect data files that are printed or encoded on products.
SHIPPING: Unless Specific instructions are given and agreed to, shipment will be made at Plastic Print Solutions discretion by what Plastic Print Solutions determines to be the best method. Plastic Print Solutions is not responsible for damage suffered in transit. All products are shipped at the purchaser's risk and are considered in acceptable condition when accepted by the transportation company. Customers should file claims immediately with the carrier for loss or damage.
INSPECTION BY CUSTOMER: Customer shall carefully inspect all delivers of products as they are received and report to Plastic Print Solutions promptly (but in any event within ten (10) calendar days after receipt of shipment) any alleged error, shortage, defect or nonconformity of such products. Any failure by customer to inspect and report shall constitute a waiver by customers of any claim or right of customer against Plastic Print Solutions arising with respect to any such error, shortage, defect or nonconformity which was reasonably discoverable by such an inspection. Warranty is limited to replacement of defective merchandise.
Returns & Refunds: All custom printed products sales are final at the time of shipment. Stock items that can be resold will be refunded less a 25% restocking fee..
RUSH ORDERS: Any order that requires special scheduling at the time of order entry or proof approval may be subject to additional charges. All rush orders are subject to acceptance.
DUE DATES: A specific due date, turn time, ship date or product receipt date is not a condition of any Plastic Print Solutions sale.
PHONE ORDERS: Phone orders for custom orders are not accepted. The customer is provided with a quote and terms and conditions. These apply to your orders unless you have a separate written agreement.
OVERRUNS/UNDER RUNS: For all custom orders, it is understood that an under run or overrun of not more than 10% to be billed pro-rata, is acceptable by the customer.
TERMS: Without an established account, Plastic Print Solutions may request advance payment. Accepted forms of payment are wire transfer, check, American Express, MasterCard or Visa. Method of payment may be determined by Plastic Print Solutions at its discretion. Deposits may be required for certain products and/or projects. COD is not available on customer orders.
ENTIRE AGREEMENTS: These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Plastic Print Solutions and the Customer. Placing an order with Plastic Print Solutions constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. No amendment to these terms and conditions shall be valid unless made in writing and accepted by Plastic Print Solutions.
